Three Books Live

Wim Oosterlinck is recording a live episode of his podcast Three Books in Track. Yael van der Wouden, shortlisted author for the Booker Prize, is his guest.

Three Books by Wim Oosterlinck is the best-known book podcast in Flanders. Already almost 300 times he asked a book lover which three books we absolutely must read. At the Passa Porta Festival, he puts that question to Yael van der Wouden, who immediately managed to secure a place on the Booker Prize shortlist with her debut De bewaring. She reveals her reading tips in the unique setting of Track.

Book program

Who cares about a book program on television when we have Three Books? The best way to promote reading is to talk about books with people who love to read. Wim Oosterlinck has been successfully applying that simple rule for years now in his podcast Three Books, which is only growing in popularity. Since talking about books is at the heart of the Passa Porta Festival, we thought Wim should not be left out.

The preservation

Yael van der Wouden will perform at the Debutantes Ball on Saturday night. During the festival you can also attend a reading club about her debut, but first Yael will take a seat in Wim Oosterlinck's sofa and share with the audience which three books she thinks are indispensable. In anticipation, make a note of our book tip: Detention is a compelling and thrilling debut.
